Talk to us about the person’s needs and your referral arrangements. We can explain relevant assessment options and practical support beyond the report. Our workplace resources also help managers begin informed conversations.
WORKPLACE ASSESSMENT & HR SUPPORT
Where a workplace needs assessment is required, it is completed by our trusted specialist workplace partner. With the individual’s consent, they can use our diagnostic or cognitive assessment report and collaborate with us to translate the findings into practical workplace recommendations.
Use the findings to plan reasonable-adjustment conversations, support a return to work, inform an HR or occupational-health referral, and identify tools or working practices to trial.
Our assessment can complement an Access to Work process by explaining the person’s functional needs and practical recommendations. Access to Work and the employer make their own decisions about eligibility, reasonable adjustments and funding; our assessment does not guarantee a grant or a particular adjustment.

A HIGH-VALUE ROUTE FOR ORGANISATIONS
A person may already have a dyslexia, ADHD or autism diagnosis and still need to understand how they process information, manage workload and use their strengths. Our cognitive profile connects the assessment to real tasks, helping teams spot avoidable overload, reduce burnout risk and agree useful support earlier.
Cognitive profiles can complement workplace recommendations and exam access evidence. Requirements are set by the employer, school, college or awarding body.
