COGNITIVE & LEARNING PROFILES

Cognitive and learning profile assessments

Understand how you learn. Make support fit. A diagnosis may answer one question without explaining every difficulty. A cognitive profile explores how your strengths and challenges affect learning, training and work.

ABOUT THE ASSESSMENT

What does it explore?

A cognitive profile explains how an individual learns and processes information. It can be useful when a person already has a diagnosis but still needs clearer learning recommendations.

  • Literacy, memory and processing speed
  • Attention and concentration in learning
  • Organisation and information processing
  • Strengths and challenges in education, training or work

Before your appointment

Tell us about any existing assessments and the tasks that are difficult. We explain which areas are appropriate to explore.

The findings and next steps

The report connects the findings to practical recommendations. It does not provide a clinical ADHD or autism diagnosis; a separate clinical pathway may be discussed where appropriate.
