DYSLEXIA TEST CENTRE

The Movement Program

A simple, guided movement routine that may support coordination, body awareness, timing and attention alongside wider learning support.

An easy intervention to practise regularly

The Movement Program uses short, video-guided activities that combine rhythm, sequencing and coordinated movement. It may be helpful for people who want to build confidence with balance, coordination, motor planning or sustained attention, including some learners with dyslexia, ADHD or dyspraxia.

It is a complementary intervention, not a diagnostic assessment or a guaranteed treatment. We can help you decide whether it fits your goals and existing support plan.
